There was blue sky before 9am.
It takes some serious sun to make such shadows.
The daisies were dazzling in the light.
I am grateful that I ran out into the sun and even took a few pictures of it before the fog descended and the sunshine disappeared, it didn't even make it to the 10 o'clock hour, but I know it is out there...I have seen it and I know, it exists, it is out there shining. This evening I learned, watching the news, that it was 107 degrees somewhere in Oklahoma, and in Redding, that's right here in California, it was 101 degrees F. So we had a cool foggy day; it is actually very okay with me, but it is kind of pretty when the sun shines, isn't it?

So, is it cloudy where you live a lot? We certainly do not have that problem here in N.Texas. That first picture looks like paradise. :)
I'm in Jackson, CA. in the foothills. It's HOT here. Could you send a little of that fog in my direction... please...
Beauteous pictures, as always. Pretty sun and sweet cat. =]
Thanks for spotting the problem on my blog. It was showing up fine for me, so I couldn't tell. I tried to fix it, but I don't know if I did or not. =]
Thanks again!

You live in a beautiful part of our little world and the weather just gives it different looks. Like our rainy days here in British Columbia, one day of sun and all is forgotten. Cheers, Neal
